About Chris Bounds

Chris Bounds got started in real estate in 2005 when, as a college student, he bought four investment properties. Since then, he has bought and sold over 150 investment properties.

In 2018, Chris joined eXp Realty to take part in the brokerage's aggressive national and international expansion. With eXp Realty, Chris is focused on working with clients to achieve their real estate goals. Chris also enjoys helping other agents grow their business, increase their wealth, and create passive income.

Chris is a husband, father of two, private pilot, and IRONMAN. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and training for long-distance endurance races.
